Brendan P. McDonnell

Brendan Patrick McDonnell focuses his practice on corporate and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on litigating stockholder Section 220 demands, officer and director fiduciary obligations, officer and director indemnification, limited partnership and limited liability company disputes, contract disputes, and other corporate and commercial disputes.

Brendan has a broad range of experience representing clients in matters before the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Complex Commercial Litigation Division (CCLD) of the Delaware Superior Court. Prior to private practice, Brendan served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Mary M. Johnston (Ret.) of the Delaware Superior Court, where he gained valuable insight into the judicial process and the standards and expectations of judges handling complex commercial matters.

Brendan is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the State of Delaware, the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, and the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
