Margaret Manning "Meg" concentrates her practice in the areas of chapter 11 business reorganizations, workouts and out-of-court restructurings. She represents debtors, creditors, committees, landlords, trustees and receivers in insolvency proceedings and business litigation matters.

Prior to joining Gellert Seitz Busenkell & Brown, Meg opened and managed the Delaware office of a regional law firm where she built their bankruptcy practice and has represented parties in Chapter 11 proceedings for over twenty years.
