
Denisse Guevara
Denisse Guevara represents and supports clients through complex restructuring, insolvency, and bankruptcy matters. She worked on a range of cases involving Chapter 7, 11, and 13 proceedings, assisting debtors, creditors, trustees, and financial institutions with both litigation and transactional issues.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Denisse spent several years working as a litigation paralegal, where she supported attorneys on a wide range of general litigation matters including medical malpractice defense. This hands-on experience laid a strong foundation for her legal career, giving her a unique understanding of case management and strategy as well as informing her client-focused approach to the practice of law.

Denisse brings a pragmatic and detail-oriented approach to case preparation, legal research, and drafting pleadings in both the bankruptcy context and general litigation matters. She is bilingual in English and Spanish, enabling her to effectively serve and advocate for a diverse range of clients.
