Holly concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial bankruptcy and restructuring, as well as commercial litigation.
Holly has experience representing a wide variety of parties in bankruptcy proceedings, ranging from large chapter 11 debtors to asset purchasers to litigating trustees. Holly also has experience counseling Delaware alternative entities, including limited liability companies and statutory trusts.
Holly graduated from Rutgers Law School, where she served as the Senior Commentaries Editor on the Rutgers University Law Review. In law school, Holly served as a judicial intern with The Honorable Sherry R. Fallon in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware and The Honorable George S. Leone in the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. She also externed with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office.
Holly is a magna cum laude graduate of Ursinus College, earning Distinguished Honors in both Politics and International Relations, concentrating on the Middle East.
Holly is admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of Delaware and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. She volunteers as a guardian ad litem with the Delaware Office of the Child Advocate, representing children in foster care.
