She assists with many aspects of a transaction, including the preparation of residential purchase agreements and other documents, due diligence review, the review, analysis and resolution of title and survey issues, and organizing and assisting with transaction closings.

Margaret England

Of Counsel

Margaret England’s practice covers many areas including both corporate and commercial litigation and corporate bankruptcy and restructuring. Margaret has extensive experience in all of the courts of the State of Delaware and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, including Delaware’s Court of Chancery. Throughout her career, Margaret has represented both individuals and businesses in matters involving claims of breach of fiduciary duties and claims breach of employment contracts, including claims for misappropriation of trade secrets, as well as other ancillary matters related to these claims. Margaret has also represented both for profit and not for profit businesses in managing their corporate affairs. Margaret also represents businesses and individuals in cases involving breach of contract and lease issues. Additionally, Margaret has experience in representing both Debtors and Creditors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 proceedings.

Gary F. Seitz

Gary F. Seitz is a member in the firm’s Philadelphia office. He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial bankruptcy, commercial litigation and transportation including admiralty and maritime law. Gary serves as a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and acts as Trustee in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of Delaware. He has extensive experience handling bankruptcy matters for creditors, asset purchasers and trustees. Gary also has expertise in admiralty and maritime litigation and transactions with particular emphasis on marine financing and vessel foreclosures. Gary is admitted to practice in Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third and Fifth Circuits and the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, the District of New Jersey and the District of Delaware.

Charles J. Brown III

Charles Brown concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial bankruptcy, real estate, business law, commercial litigation and commercial collections. Charlie has represented trustees, receivers, creditors’ committees, debtors and creditors. Prior to joining GSB&B, Charlie chaired the bankruptcy practice at a Wilmington litigation firm and managed the Delaware office at a regional firm. Charlie was born in Wilmington, Delaware and was a Law Clerk for the Honorable Dale Cathell of the Maryland Court of Special Appeals and an Intern to the Honorable Denise Johnson of the Vermont Supreme Court. He is an adjunct instructor at Wilmington University in its business college.

Ronald S. Gellert

Ronald Gellert is an experienced commercial attorney with a broad background of matters in most, if not all, of the Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey courts, including the Delaware Chancery Court. Ron has a particular specialty in debtor/creditor matters, including the large chapter 11 bankruptcy cases in Delaware as well as out of court restructurings and receiverships. In addition, Ron is active in many chapter 11 bankruptcy cases pending throughout the nation. In 2013 Ron was appointed by Delaware Secretary of Finance Thomas Cook as the first Independent Reviewer under the revised Delaware Escheat Statute to hear and decide escheat appeals.
